We regret that we are unable to allow regular membership for people living in other countries. The reason is that we simply do not have advertising inventory for other countries and it would waste your time joining, as you would not be able to earn with us.

I use MSNTV or MSNTV2. Can I join?

No, unfortunately the obsolete msntv system in not compatible with our site. Sorry, you could try asking Microsoft to update it, but that is probably a waste of your time. A better approach may be to get a cheap 2nd user PC or Laptop and try the Ubuntu operating system instead of Microsoft Windows. Note that Ubuntu is self and/or community supported only... but it is totally FREE.

Am I allowed to have more than one AdPaid.com account?

No, sorry, We allow only One account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering or using an account must have a separate computer and separate Internet Service Provider (ISP) e.g. one AOL and one Comcast (yes, his and hers ISP's! it happens!) to participate in our program.

How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?

Your membership in our program allows AdPaid.com to send you email messages and advertisements. To stop receiving emails from AdPaid.com you must cancel your membership. You will forfeit any and all earnings and downline referrals. To cancel, login to your account and click the Cancel-My-Account link. At the bottom of the page you will find the option to "Cancel Your Account". Alternatively, you may quote/reply back to one of our newsletters with the word "Cancel". We are always looking at ways to improve our program, and we do welcome feedback. If you have a moment, please let us know why you are thinking of cancelling your account.

How can I change my personal information or Payment Details?

Login to your account and click the "My User Info" link. You will be able to edit most of your information there. Please let us know if you relocate to another country and we will adjust your account.

Why is my AdPaid.com account temporarily suspended?

This is very rare. It is almost always because of email problems. If we send you an email and it is returned to us as undeliverable ("bounced") by your ISP, then we will temporarily suspend your account until you let us know that you have resolved the problem.

Another, even rarer, situation would be if we are unable to contact you and we need to "get your attention". Please note that we always reply to emails, so if you don't hear from us try another of your email addresses.

Another reason could be if you have accidentally or falsely accused us of spamming you. Many email ISP's now have a [Mark as Junk] or [Report Spam] link or button. If you click that, a spam complaint is raised. As AdPaid.com is a legitimate, reputable company using a confirmed double opt-in subscription system, we receive a copy of your complaint. Naturally we assume that you no longer wish to be a member of AdPaid.com so we suspend your account pending any explanation from you. We have to be strict about this as it could adversely affect AdPaid.com's 99.94% SenderScore email Deliverability Rating.

I can't login to AdPaid.com. My password does not work. I have forgotten my password and/or username, what do I do?

Remember that passwords are CaSe SeNsItIvE. Make sure that your [Caps Lock] key is off.

If you are unable to login because you have forgotten your Username or Password, our system can help you. Click the (Forgot your Username or Password?) link, enter your email address, and a New password will be generated for you and emailed with your username to your email address on file. The new password will be a strong, randomized one. We suggest that you use Copy and Paste to enter it.

Earnings Questions

How much can I earn at AdPaid.com?

You can earn as much as you want, depending on the effort that you put in. Yes, sorry, no "free money" here, on trees or anywhere else. You will need to "Work the Program".

If you want a little extra cash for the Holiday season, or maybe as some seed cash to spend on other online opportunites, then that is pretty easy to do in less than 15 minutes per day.

On the other hand, some of our Members really work hard at our program and make a useful income.

AdPaid.com provides a way for you to make money, it is up to you to use it.

OK, How do I earn rewards at AdPaid.com?

You can earn rewards at AdPaid.com by Reading emails and Visiting Advertisers' websites, completing Paid For Action (PFA) offers, clicking and viewing Adverts in our Paid To Click (PTC) and Contest PTC sections, Signing up for programs, Completing Daily Surveys and Shopping in our Paid To Shop!

How much do I earn by reading AdPaid.com paid emails?

Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit. However, we do reward you with a large percentage of the amount we earn. You will typically earn between 1/3 and 1/2 of a cent for reading each email ad and visiting the website.

Beware of some other programs who claim that you will "earn" more, but then never actually "pay" you! Some pay to begin with, but then vanish with your earnings!

For free, impartial advice on Get Paid To (GPT) programs, we suggest that you seek some friendly advice at the BeenPaid Get Paid To Forum or the GlobalFriendsOnline Get Paid To Forum.

How do I earn with AdPaid.com Paid For Action (PFA) offers?

A PFA offer is sent to you either via email or on site. You will receive a small amount for looking at the offer, PLUS a much larger amount of points or cash for joining or acting on the offer. Paid For Action offers are usually to join a program, enter a sweepstakes, or even to just complete a survey. PFA offers are optional, and you can participate in as many as you like. Unless indicated otherwise, only participate in each offer once. Your account will be credited within 10 days of AdPaid.com recieving payment from the advertiser, this is normally within 45 days, usually much sooner.

How do I earn with AdPaid.com Daily Surveys? When do they credit my account?

A daily survey, if open to your country, can be completed each day. At the present time there are daily surveys for Austrailia, The United States, The United Kingdom, Belgium, Canada, Germany, Italy, France, Spain AND the Netherlands. Only surveys completed with valid details and finished will credit.

Credit occurs once confirmed to us by the advertiser. This is usually within 10-30 days. Month end processing and Tracking may delay this from time to time.

How do I check my current earnings?

In your member account menu, there are several links. One is My Earnings, click that link to check your current cash and point balances. You can also review your transactions and withdrawals.

Payment Questions

When can I request payment?

You may request cash payment to your PayPal account when you have reached our low $3 payout level. This is $5 for Gift Certificates.

How can I request payment?

When you reach our low payout level, you can visit your Advertising Redemption Area or Cash Withdrawal Area to redeem or cashout.

When am I paid?

After you request payment, we will validate your account. Providing your account is in good standing we will issue payment to you within seven days. At AdPaid.com our philosophy is that the earnings in your account are Yours, not ours. We always maintain sufficient cash at the Bank to pay ALL of our Great Members Their earnings. AdPaid.com payments are often made within a few hours of request!

How am I paid?

Payments are made via PayPal, or Amazon / Wal-Mart / BestBuy Gift Certificates. If you don't have a PayPal account you can Get a FREE PayPal Account now. PayPal payments are made at least once every day via mass pay. AdPaid.com even pays the PayPal fees for you!

Gift Certificates are sent via email, except for Wal-Mart which are sent via postal mail. Check each site for details on redeeming electronic gift certificates.

Categories of Interest

What are these tick/check boxes for in my user profile?

These allow us to target the email ads that we send out. Three categories we will address below, but we ask you to carefully consider the options you select. You will receive more paid offers if you only select the categories that you are genuinely interested in. Watch out for the "trick" categories that tell us if you are really paying attention ;-)

What are Contest Ads?

These are either ads about contests, or, they are ads where we will select a random group of Winning Members who will receive a larger than normal reward for visiting the advertiser's site. Full details are given in each Contest email.

Point Ads

Some people say they don't like points. It is true that at some other programs points are worth nothing more than... points.

At AdPaid.com Our Points allow you to share in AdPaid.com's net profits! The value of your Points is calculated at the end of each month, based on our results. Points are then converted to Cash, and that Cash amount is automatically added to your account.

If you wish to receive Point Ads please tick the [Point Ads] box in your user info page. We really can't imagine why anyone would not want to earn AdPaid.com Points so we tick/check that one for you when you Join AdPaid.com.

What are Search Ads?

Search Ads advertise search portals that can be used to find just about anything you like.

N.B. Nobody is required to perform a search. Nobody is required to do anything other than properly Visit the advertisers' portal. What you do when you get there is entirely your choice.

If you would like to receive search ads, tick the [Search Ads] box in your user info page. If you would prefer not to receive them (opt-out), then un-tick the box.

Referral Questions

Can I earn extra rewards for referring other people to AdPaid.com?

Yes! Rather than spend 10% of our Gross Profit on advertising AdPaid.com, we prefer to pay You to spread the word.

When you refer your friends and other people to AdPaid.com, we will reward you with a 10% commission based on their earnings. If they refer other people, then AdPaid.com Pays You even more!

How can I refer other members?

You may place a link or banner with your referral url to AdPaid.com on your web site.

You may add your referral url to your email signature. Some forums also allow this, check their rules or ask somebody

You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for spamming.

What is my referral link, where can I find banners and splash pages?

Your personal referral link, banners and splash pages can be found by clicking the Referral Center link after you login.

Are my referral earnings working?

Yes, at least one, probably ALL of our thousands of members would soon let us know if they didn't! We love our members, they always let us know when something is not quite right :-)

Where did (some of) my referrals go?

If a member is inactive for more than six months then we delete their account details. They were not earning you anything anyway AND if they had active referrals then those "move up" and become YOUR referrals with a higher commission for You :-)
